2. Description of Services
2.1 IT Sector Legal Services
Jegira offers consultancy, compliance review, contract drafting, and advisory support specific to technology enterprises.
2.2 Informational Products
Jegira provides digital publications, guides, templates, and online courses designed for technology law professionals.
2.3 Tangible Items
Jegira sells physical reference materials, printed guides, and branded merchandise.
3. Scheduling and Provision
Appointments for personal or corporate consultations may be scheduled via our contact page. Service dates are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable fee.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are detailed on our website. Invoice issuance occurs at confirmation of service or purchase of goods or digital products. Payment must be made via accepted methods before delivery.
5. Reimbursement Policy
5.1 IT Sector Legal Services
Due to the commitment of time and expertise, fees for consultancy, advisory sessions, and contract drafting are not eligible for reimbursement. You may request to reschedule or transfer a booked session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
5.2 Informational Products
Purchase of digital publications, templates, or courses is eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request reimbursement, contact us via the contact page. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.3 Tangible Items
Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. To arrange shipment, contact us. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for shipment expenses unless the item is defective.
6. Changes, Rescheduling, and Transfers
Requests to modify service dates or transfer a service to another party must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Changes are subject to availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jegira’s total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service or product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto.
